Every channel retains disclosure, consent, scope, handoff, QA and monitoring requirements. No provider is represented as live until its credentials, permissions and tests are verified.
Public sessions write consent-aware records to D1. R2 remains available for client-isolated documents. Authentication protects owner and client views. Provider secrets are server-side hosted values only. WebRTC, SIP, messaging and business-system adapters remain disabled until their release gates pass.
