What the Snapshot does not do
It does not prove ROI, select every tool, complete technical discovery or authorise implementation.
What the Blueprint adds
A current and future workflow, role definition, Digital Twin requirements, human authority, data readiness, risk controls, acceptance tests, measures and staged pilot recommendation.
Why the fit review remains human
Written context can contradict a score. A high number cannot override deception, uncontrolled high-risk decisions or refusal of oversight.
Technical evaluator notes
Evaluation should confirm architecture, data handling, knowledge ownership, permissions, human authority, QA/UAT criteria, integration boundaries, monitoring, audit evidence, release gates and rollback for the specific workflow. The guide does not claim that external systems are connected.
