Stage 1: controlled demonstration
Use fictional or safely de-identified scenarios to test workflow logic and escalation before external actions exist.
Stage 2: supervised internal use
Let staff review every draft and record corrections. Do not treat a good demo as production proof.
Stage 3: limited live pilot
Use a narrow channel or traffic slice with named monitoring, acceptance tests and immediate stop conditions.
Stage 4: review and decide
Compare evidence with the baseline. Expand, correct, pause or return to the human process based on agreed criteria.
